FIVE MINUTE CONTOURING TREATMENT TIPS
The jawline and cheek area are some of our favorites to work with the NuFACE Trinity Pro. That's because it's easy to get instant results in the form of contouring. This five-minute routine breaks down all five of our favorite move to really tone and tighten this area.
For best results, it's a good idea to work the neck area first with the device. Check out this video for a 5-minute neck routine that you can use to warm up before completing the routine for the jawline and cheeks.
THE FIVE STEPS
STEP ONE : JAWLINE SWEEPS - Starting at the chin, hug the jawline with both nodules of the device and perform glides from the chin to the hinge of the jaw. Repeat this gliding motion for about 30 seconds on each side, then switch to the other side. This move really helps with tightening excess or loose skin around the jaw and chin line.
STEP TWO : UNDER THE CHEEK SWEEPS - Using the same fluid motion as before, you will move up a few inches on the face and repeat the same move for about thirty seconds on each side. For this step, the nodules of the device should be lined up under the cheekbone, near the corner of the mouth to start. Then with light pressure you will move out towards the hinge of the jaw, below the ears.
STEP THREE : OVER THE CHEEKBONE SWEEPS - The third move is the last in our series of glides. This time working to really contour the cheekbones. Hug the curve of your cheekbone with the two nodules of the device. Start at the center of the face near the nose and work out to the ears.
STEP FOUR : UNDER THE CHEEK HOLDS - Holds are very effective for sculpting and lifting, so this is our step not to skip! Holding the device with the nodules lined up vertically, start near the corners of the mouth. Lift up from under the cheekbone just slightly and hold. The device will emit a beep every five seconds. Hold for 1-3 beeps, then move up a few inches, still working under the cheekbone and repeat. Move the device up and under the cheek one last time and repeat. You can repeat this entire sequence 1-3 times on each side or for about 30 seconds total.
STEP FIVE : CHEEKBONE CONTOURING HOLDS - Very similar to our under the cheek holds, you will now work to really support and lift the cheekbone. Turn the device so that the nodules are now lined up horizontally and repeat the sequence of holds in three sections under the cheekbone. Repeat on both sides for thirty seconds each, staying with each hold for 1-3 beeps.
Five minute face massages to-glow are timed to be about five minutes long. There is no sound, so you can use this as quiet time or add your own soundtrack. Follow the moves in the video - about thirty seconds per move - on each side. Complete everything in five moves and five minutes.
