FIVE MINUTE GLOW FACE MASSAGE TIPS
The Rose Quartz vibrating wand is a budget-friendly tool and a pregnancy-safe alternative to microcurrent for lifting, sculpting and lymphatic drainage. This five step routine covers the basics. You can do this with or without the wand turned on. The vibration produces added benefits, but the gemstone tool also works to infuse serums and leave the skin glowing. Add a little bit of oil or your favorite serum to the skin for infusion and to facilitate glide.
THE FIVE STEPS
STEP ONE : ALONG THE JAWLINE & CHIN - Starting at the chin and working out towards the ears, gently press the gemstone head of the tool to the skin and glide the tool along the curve of your jaw, above the bone. Use gentle pressure and apply less pressure if the vibration of the wand feels uncomfortable.
STEP TWO : UNDER THE CHEEKBONES
Next place the wand gently on one side of the nose and scoop out, under the cheekbone, toward the ears. Once again, avoid the bony part. The idea is to work the tool along underneath your natural bone structure to really contour the cheekbones.
STEP THREE : UNDER THE EYES - Using very delicate pressure, line the tool up beside the nose again. You can work this area with gentle strokes to help with puffiness or dark circles under the eyes. Once again sweeping outward toward your ears, be very cautious not to pull or tug on the skin. If the pressure from the wand vibration becomes too intense, simply turn the wand off for this move.
STEP FOUR : UNDER THE BROWS - The wand is great for a little quick and easy brow lift. Lining the edge of the tool up with the inner corner below the brow and avoiding the eye, lift gently outward and upward along the brow bone.
STEP FIVE : THE FOREHEAD - To finish, start with your tool in the middle of the forehead, just above the brow and work outward in horizontal sections, moving up the forehead. When you reach the top of the forehead start this move again from the beginning.
Five minute face massages to-glow are timed to be about five minutes long. There is no sound, so you can use this as quiet time or add your own soundtrack. Follow the moves in the video - about thirty seconds per move - on each side. Complete everything in five moves and five minutes.
