SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
Orders ship within approximately 1-5 business days, unless noted otherwise. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If any items are backordered you will be notified and backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Most sold-out items are re-stocked within 3-5 business days.
RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
The Glowtocol cannot accept returns for the following:
Featured brand products purchased directly from the manufacturer
If your product has been damaged in transit please email email@example.com within 24 hours and include picture proof of the damaged item. Once verified, a replacement will be sent.
The Glowtocol only accepts returns for damaged products bought directly from theglowtocol.com. If you have a defective or damaged item purchased directly from a partner brand, please contact them directly.
The Glowtocol is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All shipping claims will need to be filed by the customer with the shipping company used.
